SEARCHABLE DATABASE
Grow Employment is a paid work experience programme for 16–24 year olds who need support to build confidence, develop practical skills, and form positive working habits.
It’s designed for young people facing challenges such as poor mental health, limited social connections, or other barriers to employment.
Community Youth Teams (CYTs) are a specialist service for vulnerable young people aged 10-18 years. We are a targeted, early help service which aims to support young people into positive destinations and reduce the likely-hood of them entering the criminal justice system. The service supports young people to engage with education, employment and training opportunities and reduce risk taking behaviours to promote longer term positive outcomes.

Good Work coaches provide one-to-one support to find paid employment that’s just right for you.
They promise to be your advocate and see your potential, and can support you to find full or part-time work. They will also help with any debt, benefit and wellbeing support, and remain there for you in your new job role.
They also support employers to keep their workforce well, and offer training and advice from their experienced and friendly team of professionals.
They are here for everyone, but in particular, they give help and guidance to disadvantaged young people. Whatever their situation, Sheffield Futures will make sure they are given every opportunity to achieve a better future.
